By inviting or using the MeCute Discord bot (“Bot”) or accessing its dashboard (“Dashboard”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or Dashboard.
MeCute is a customizable Discord music bot that provides playback from multiple sources (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch, etc.), playlist management, lyrics display, sound effects, and a premium web dashboard for direct playback and server management.
You must have a valid Discord account to use MeCute. By using the Bot, you agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You agree not to use the Bot or Dashboard to:
Some features (such as the Dashboard or enhanced music quality) may require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDER (e.g., Stripe/Patreon). Refunds follow the provider’s refund policy.
Use of the Bot involves collection of certain information as described in our Privacy Policy: [Privacy Policy Link]. By using the Bot, you consent to this processing.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot and Dashboard at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
The Bot and Dashboard are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, music availability, or compatibility with third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeCute Bot and its operators are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, interruptions, or third-party service restrictions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at this link with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
